Before we can effectively lead and take care of others, we must first learn to lead ourselves.
We are pleased to invite you into a program that will help you lead yourself and others with more courage and compassion so that you can do your best work and inspire others in the same way. The program includes wholehearted, research-based content delivered by a professionally certified coach who has been specifically trained in the area of energy leadership.
ABOUT THE DARE TO LEAD™ INTENSIVE EXPERIENCE
The curriculum was developed by Dr. Brené Brown and is based on 20+ years of research. It includes exercises to increase your self-awareness, build your courage skill sets, and give you practical tools to take back to the people around you. The small group format allows for meaningful discussion, coaching, and accountability. Upon completion, you will be Dare to Lead™ Trained, a distinction that communicates you understand vulnerability, trust, and resilience, and that you are equipped to bravely engage in difficult conversations.

- 9 consecutive weekly sessions (via Zoom).
- Dates: Tuesdays, February 2nd - March 30th, 2021

Nancy Kobel is a leadership coach and facilitator. She is the founder of Leader Inspired, LLC and is committed to developing more conscious leaders and inclusive cultures. She has 20 years of experience in leadership development and over 10 years in coaching both internally and externally. Nancy is also a partner coach with the World Business and Executive Coaching Group (WBECS) and a fellow coach with BetterUp. Nancy is accredited through the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is a Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator (CDTLF), an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and Certified Conscious Business Coach. Nancy brings a unique perspective with a BS in Aerospace Engineering and an MA in Instructional Design. She worked as a NASA Engineer for 11 years before moving into management, leadership & organization development.
